Here at touch Mattress we want to give you the best sleep experience of your life! We stand behind our products 100% and that starts with the shipping out of your goods. 


We have partnered with FedEx to give you guys step discounts off of the publicly listed rates in order to save you money! 

We also have the option for local pickups for our Houston Customers straight from the warehouse, free of charge!
 

Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance to add a peace of mind to your order, so that if anything happens in transit, you are covered. Head on over to our Shipping Insurance page to learn more.

 
Please understand that without this shipping insurance add on we can only cover up to $100 of the cost due to bad shipping (damage in transit). 


Claims Process

Should something happen in transit, please follow the procedure outlined below:

  1. Take pictures before moving the mattress of delivery location where the mattress was placed, with the box visible
  2. Take clear pictures of the box showing damages.
  3. Email to info@ezwarehousingusa.com (our fulfillment center partner)
  4. All of the above must be done within 24 hours of delivery time in order to file a valid claim.
